What We Do
Building Churches
Through relationships with community leaders, we build Christian churches in our partnering villages. We believe the local Church is a source of hope and support and want everyone to have a place to find and follow Jesus.
Community Education Programs
Our team partners with communities to provide free tutoring, covering areas of mathematics, English language, and Christian Education. We want to support families by nurturing children.
Helping Families in Need
We believe God has called us to live in family and in community. We want to protect and redeem families in Guatemala that are vulnerable to being broken apart. This is why we provide medical clinics, adult discipleship and relational support to our villages.
Who We Are
Casa del Redentor is a Christian non-profit organization based in Panahachel, Guatemala. Our vision is reach everyone for Jesus and see their lives transformed by His grace. We help people find and follow Jesus.
We begin the Kingdom work in these communities by partnering with a local organization with similar vision and mission to address the needs of the most vulnerable members of these communities, their children. Many vulnerable children can continue to live with family at home, stay in school and begin to know Jesus because of our work. This is our strategy to step into a community and make a difference to the point that if we cease to exist, we will be missed.
